Jotting

Jotting down our thoughts and emotions in whichever format best suits can help to release any tension we could be feeling. These may include words, pictures or even other representations as a means of processing individual experiences.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. If less notice is given, you will still be required to pay for the session.
