Moving our bodies in a variety of ways can be very beneficial for our well-being.

This can be something you choose to participate in by yourself or with other people.

Starting small and building it up gradually can make it feel more achievable, and having accountability encourages commitment too.

Getting out of the house and doing something different really helped me after a bereavement.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. If less notice is given, you will still be required to pay for the session.
