Where reading is concerned, I will usually have two books on the go at once.
I read fiction for pleasure and other material for learning.
These, in turn, help me to relax and focus as necessary, both of which have helped me grow in my understanding.
Emails, blogs, and other printed materials have also increased my horizons.
