When we recognise the difference being able to relax makes, prioritising this time for ourselves happens more naturally.

It gives us a chance to reflect on what our needs are and how we might go about meeting those.

As we respond, so more is learnt about our preferences and goals.

Restore

Relaxation helps to ensure that a sense of balance in our lives is restored.

Recover

We give ourselves time to recover.

Rest

We feel more rested and prepared for what’s next.

Recharge

Our energy levels can feel recharged too.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. If less notice is given, you will still be required to pay for the session.
