When it comes to self care there are a number of ways I ensure this is in place particularly in times of change or loss of some description.

Prioritising sleep and getting enough rest gives my body the opportunity to recharge and relax in preparation for whatever comes next.

Taking the opportunity to spend time with family and friends where we can laugh together whilst engaged in a range of activities really gives me a boost.

Exercising regularly either through walking, running or swimming makes a difference too.

Equally considering dietary choices more carefully has a positive impact on my wellbeing.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. If less notice is given, you will still be required to pay for the session.
