The Covid 19 pandemic highlighted grief and loss for me in a way that I had not experienced before.
One of the first places I turned to for support in understanding more about bereavement was Julia Samuel’s book Grief Works.
Through reading this and learning more from engaging with Julia’s work online, I have gained a greater understanding when processing not only my own grief but also supporting other people navigate their own.
Completing Julia Samuel’s Pillars of Strength course has also enabled me to dig deeper into the area of loss too.
